Yes. Describe the area and its approximate size, along with the property location. That gives us a starting point for discussing a smaller repair.
Is painting included with the repair?
Painting is available, but it should be discussed as part of the estimate. Let us know whether you want the damaged area repaired only or the wall or room repainted as well.
What if there has been a leak?
Mention the leak and whether it has been resolved. An active moisture problem needs attention before the wall is repaired; covering the visible damage alone would not address the cause.
